1. Order Processing & Manufacturing
• Estimated manufacturing time for scrubs is 14–21 working days (Sunday–Thursday).
• Working days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.
• Delivery time varies depending on the courier’s schedule and location.
• Duvik is not responsible for third-party courier delays once the shipment has been handed over.

2. Deposits & Order Confirmation
• Orders are officially confirmed once the deposit is received.
• Deposits become non-refundable once production begins.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 48 hours from the time of purchase.

3. Size Responsibility & Exchanges
Size Selection
Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size based on the official Duvik size chart. Our team is available to help with sizing before placing an order.
Size Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Only size exchanges are accepted (not color or design changes).
• Only non-stitched and non-customized items are eligible.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Exchanges are allowed within one size up or one size down from the original order.
• Shipping fees (both ways) are paid by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

4. Customized Orders
Items customized with names, logos, embroidery, or alterations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order (with photos/videos).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

6. Color Disclaimer
Due to differences in lighting and screen settings, slight color variations may occur. This does not qualify as a defect.

Returned items must be securely packaged.
Duvik is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging.
